HOW TO WEAR HEELS – BEGINNERS GUIDE

Hello beauties, it is I again……lol. This time bringing you tips on how to Rock heels. So every single girl, lady & woman wants to wear heels. Its a such a major fashion “Must have” these days. And for first timers, its a tedious task. So here are few tips to help ease first timers into Heel fashion:

START SMALL

If its your first time wearing heels, then its best to start with the lowest heel or mid-height, and, once you’re used to walking in those, start to gradually work your way up.

TRY THICK HEELS

The thinner the heel, the harder it’ll be to balance on it.  Choose thicker, sturdier heels, which will give you more stability and confidence. The thicker the heel, the easier it is to walk on it.

WEDGES

Wedges feel like flats, but look like heels. Because of the extra arch support, and the fact that the sole of the shoe is completely flat, they’ll give you height (sometimes a LOT of height) without forcing you to do much in the way of balancing. They’re the most comfortable type of high heels to walk in, and also probably the easiest.

SHOE FIT

Its really essential to wear your exact size, Not bigger not smaller. Your EXACT size. it’ll be a much easier to walk in. Fit is particularly important with heels, because if you’re struggling just to keep them on your feet (or wincing in pain every time your foot hits the ground), you’ll find it practically impossible to walk in them. In fact, shoes that are constantly slipping off your heel can actually be dangerous, because you run the risk of stepping right out of them, or going over on your ankle.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

A lot of practice will go a long way in wearing heels. it feels very unnatural and awkward the first time you try heels but  if you give up after that, and don’t try again for a few months or years, it’ll feel awkward and unnatural the NEXT time you try it, too… and the time after that, and the time after that. Practice is the key; try to practice in front of a mirror: sometimes being able to see yourself walk will help you identify anything you’re doing wrong, and work out what you need to change.

Remember ladies, Rome was not built in day. So its best you take baby steps; as in start slowly until you become perfect. Heels are not for everyone, so don’t feel pressured into wearing one, just because…….

Lastly, Moderation is key in everything. There are side effects to wearing heels all the time. If you don’t have to wear heels, then don’t! Try to switch your heels with flats sometimes.
