What size of client do you work with?

Both ends. We run campaigns for national brands and public agencies, and we build first websites and register first domains for businesses that are just starting. The engagement model scales; the standard of work does not change.

Can you handle a project that spans both Canada and Nigeria?

That is the reason the company is structured the way it is. We hold teams in Ontario and Lagos, so a campaign can run in both markets under one brief, one creative direction and one report — without you managing two agencies in two time zones.

Do you work on retainer or per project?

Accepted Answer

Both. Software builds, websites and out-of-home campaigns are usually scoped as projects with a fixed price. Marketing, hosting, network operations and support run monthly. Most long-term clients end up with one of each.

How do projects usually start?

With a conversation and no invoice. We want to understand the commercial problem before quoting anything. If there is a fit, you get a written scope with the approach, timeline, price and success measures in it before any work begins.

Have you worked with government or public bodies?

Yes. We built and managed Kwara Now for the Kwara State Government — a public platform carrying the state's news, information and identity in one place — and we have run campaigns for the Kwara State Health Insurance Agency, the Kwara State Broadcasting Corporation and the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency. Public-sector work has its own procurement, accessibility and record-keeping requirements, and we are used to them.

Are the prices on the store and the builder real?

They are the rate card we quote from. We publish them because making a business sit through a discovery call before hearing a number wastes everyone's time. Where a price genuinely cannot be fixed in advance — a custom platform, a 360 campaign — it is marked “from” and scoped properly before anything is signed.

Does checking out charge my card?

No. This site never asks for card or bank details at any point. Checkout sends us your order as a request. We read it, come back within one business day with a written scope, and only invoice once you have accepted that scope.

What does the builder's total actually include?

Accepted Answer

Everything you have ticked, split into one-time and ongoing. We never roll a monthly hosting or care plan into the headline build figure, because that is how a $79 a month host becomes a surprise at renewal. The summary also shows the deposit, the balance, and what falls due on the first invoice.

Can I pay in naira?

Prices are set in Canadian dollars and shown in naira as a guide, converted at an indicative rate. Invoices are raised in Canadian dollars unless we agree otherwise in writing before the work starts — which we are happy to do for Nigerian clients, at the rate on the day we agree it.

How are payments staged?

A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is staged against the milestones in the signed scope. Ongoing items — hosting, care plans, mailboxes, screen licences — are billed monthly in advance and cancellable with a month's notice.

What if I order something I do not actually need?

We will tell you before we invoice for it. Reading an order and saying “you do not need this part yet” costs us money in the short run and saves the relationship in the long run, which is the trade we would rather make.

Who owns the code and the accounts you set up?

You do, in every case. Source code sits in your repository, domains are registered in your name with transfer lock on, cloud and ad accounts are created under your billing. We will hold the keys while we run things, but they were never ours.

Can you take over a website or platform somebody else built?

Often, yes. We audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or rebuilding — that answer sometimes costs us the bigger job, which is rather the point. Migrations are planned so there is no downtime and no loss of search ranking.

How long does a website take?

A focused brochure site is typically four to six weeks from signed scope to launch. E-commerce and custom platforms run longer and depend on integrations. The scope document gives you dated milestones rather than a vague range.

What is VYPΛ and do I have to use it?

VYPΛ is our own digital signage and out-of-home advertising platform — it runs live screen networks across Canada. You do not have to use it. We will integrate with the CMS or ad server you already have if that serves you better.

I have screens in my business. Can they earn?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enrolled displays join the VYPΛ out-of-home advertising network and earn 70% of net ad revenue on the advertising played, while still showing your own content on your own schedule. Talk to us about your locations and footfall.

Which hardware do your players run on?

Android, Amazon Fire OS, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and Raspberry Pi. That range means you can usually use the screens and sticks you already own rather than replacing the estate.

Is out-of-home advertising still worth it?

In the markets we operate in, it is frequently the cheapest reach available, and it cannot be skipped, blocked or scrolled past. The mistake is running it in isolation. Paired with search and social against the same audience, it lifts both.

One idea, delivered across every channel that matters for your audience: creative and production, digital media, out-of-home and screens, PR and partnerships, all on a single calendar with one consolidated report at the end.

How do you report on performance?

Against the numbers we agreed at the start, monthly, in plain language. Impressions and reach where they are the point; leads, cost per acquisition and revenue everywhere else. If something is not working we say so in the report rather than at the renewal.
